Shirley J. Horn, 66, of Louisville passed away July 23, 2012 in Crawfordsville, Indiana. She was born on June 29, 1946 to Grayson R. Sorrels and the late Ellen Nadine Stevens. She was retired as an office manager.
In addition to her mother she is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Horn and a granddaughter, Wendi Nalley.
She is survived by her father, Grayson R. (Darlene) Sorrels; children, Fredrick Wayne (Ann) Nalley, Roy Allen (Connie) Nalley, Daymond R.(Susan) Nalley and Tracy E. (Charles) Mitchell; a sister, Barbara S. (Mike) Ferguson; seven grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.
A celebration of her life will be conducted 10 AM on Friday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 on Thursday at the funeral home.
