Shirley Carter, 89, entered into rest on Saturday November 11, 2023. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Roy K. “Kenny” Carter; Grandson, John Clayton White; Brothers, Norman Ferrell, James Ferrell, Rondal Ferrell; Sisters, Freda Stringer, Imogene Blythe; Shirley is survived by her Daughters, Teresa Boston (Russell), Donna Martin, Laura White (Victor); 5 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Rebecca Gurley and Carolyn Messer Evers. Her funeral Service will be held on Friday at 12noon at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with Burial Following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-8 pm at the funeral home.
