Sandy K. Jacobs

Jacobs, Sandy K., 71 entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2017. Anyone who met Sandy knew she lived her life her own way. Her kids and grandkids meant more to her than anything, and we can't forget her best friend, Slim Shady.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Faye Mattingly; brother, Mike Garr; and sister, Barbara Garr.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Stacy Reiser (Jeff) and Dustin Jacobs (Gina); grandchildren, Christopher Reiser (Jennifer), Dylan Reiser, Chase Jacobs, Hannah Jacobs, and Hayley Jacobs; great grandchildren, Vincent Reiser and Adalynn Reiser; sister, Lisa Garr; friend, Nick Jacobs; several nieces and nephews; and her four-legged companion, Slim Shady.

Visitation will be Monday, June 5th, from 2:00pm-8:00pm. A Committal Service will be Tuesday, June 6th, at 10:00am at Evergreen Cemetery. Please gather inside the funeral home lobby at 9:45am on Tuesday for instructions regarding the procession line-up.
