Sandra J. Skiles, 58, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016 with family by her side. She was born August 11, 1957 in West Virginia to the late Edward and Ester Brewer Sparks. She was a loving Christian, wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed by many.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dean Skiles, daughters, Heather Horn (Jason), Hannah Marie Skiles and Samantha Simms, two grandchildren, Jason Horn Jr. and Haley Horn, her sisters, Judy Nicoles (Greg) and Brenda Carty (Royal), her mother in law, Betsy Skiles, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Bonnie Stout, Diana Rowan and Edward Erving.
A Memorial Celebration of Sandy’s Life will be Monday, April 18, 2016 at 12 pm in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8 pm at the funeral home.
