Sandra Fleeks, 44, of Louisville passed away on April 22, 2014. Born in Fairbanks Alaska to Pat Sims and Jesse Sims, Sandra was a member of the St. Matthews United Methodist Church, National Allegiance on Mental Health, Young Survivors, Gildas Club, Dress for Success, The Susan G. Komen Foundation and many other organizations.
Ms. Fleeks is survived by her daughter Chelsea Fleeks, sisters Tonya Sims and Barbara Anderson, nephews Nik Pedrino and Trea Sims, niece; Alicia Perez, cousins; Rebecca Renier, Oliver Renier Jr., and Brian Renier. She was preceded in death by her Husband Leverne Fleeks III, nephew Kristohper Pedrino, and Uncle Oliver Renier Sr.
A Celebration of Sandra’s Life will be at the St. Matthews United Methodist Church, 319 Browns Lane, Louisville at 1 pm. Visitation will be on Thursday April 24, from 11am to 4 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
