Sally Louane Barnett

Sally Barnett (formerly Reed and Lammers), of Louisville Kentucky passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 17, 2022. She was 83 years old. She will be dearly missed and always remembered. We are blessed to have had these years together with her.

Sally was born on October 13th, 1939, graduated from Lima Senior High School and The Ohio State University where she was a member of Alpha Phi sorority. She lived in Lima, Ohio, Sebring Florida, and Bonita Springs Florida for most of her life.

Sally worked as a dental hygienist for many years. She loved tennis, playing bridge, painting, travelling, and her cats. Sally also enjoyed watching Alabama and Ohio State football. Her beautiful smile was always warming. Everyone who knew Sally, got to enjoy her spirited personality and dedication to others.

Sally is survived by her daughter, Jody Receveur (Ron) in Prospect KY, her son, Brent Lammers (Julie) in Matthews NC, her sister, Nancy (Reed) Bier, her seven grandchildren, and an abundance of friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Merl and Martha Reed.

A small family celebration of life and scattering of her ashes will be planned in the upcoming year.
