Ruth A. Chase, 71, of Louisville passed away March 16, 2015 at Glenridge Health Campus. She was born on October 20, 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Herman and Thelma Henke. She was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church and was retired from A.J. Seibert. She was an amazing mother, Nana and friend.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Henke.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Chase and Jennifer Chase Hughes (Michael); and three grandchildren, Allison and Olivia Harpring and Chase Hughes.
A celebration of her life will be conducted Friday, March 20, 2015 at Noon at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with private entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4-8 on Thursday and from 10-12 on Friday both at the funeral home.
