Ruby Potts

She was born May 24, 1923 to Jess & Lou Etta Wilson. Originally from Owensboro, KY she was a longtime resident of PRP, a member of PRP United Methodist Church and a former volunteer for SW Community Ministries Dare to Care Program.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Leonard, and her brothers Forrest Lee, Delbert, J.W. and Cecil

She is survived by her daughters Sharon Weatherly (Jim) and Dana Potts-Ford (Bob), her grandchildren Jamie Baxter (Mike), Rob Weatherly (Tracy), Laura and Dallas Ford, six great-grandchildren, her brother Roy Wilson (Pat) of Owensboro, her sisters Thelma Thomas of Mitchell, IN, Cathryn Durbin of Owensboro and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday from 2-8 pm at Heady-Hardy funeral Home with the funeral Friday, 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
