Rose Laverne Hazelip Carlisle, 92 of Louisville passed away on Friday November 6, 2020. She was born on August 19, 1928 to the late Jessie and Flossie (Stewart) Hinton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willie Hazelip and a daughter, Ledia Darlene McClure. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Philip (Martha) and Michael (Cathy) Hazelip; a sister, Dorothy Ciresi; 8-grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Funeral services for Mrs. Carlisle will be held at noon on Wednesday at Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Tuesday. Facemask and social distancing are required. Online condolences may be left at, www.archlheadysouthernfh.com.
