Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents, Albert "Bud" and Virginia "Gin" Barrett; brother, Michael; and his long time partner, David Miller and his beloved dog, A.J.
Ronnie is survived by his brother, Charles (Lynda); sister, Beverly Guenther (Don); sister-in-law, Donna; his best friend and caregiver, Leslie Kliethermes; 11 nieces and nephews; 8 great-nieces and nephews, beloved dogs, Sadie and Lil Byt. He will be greatly missed.
A funeral service will be 2pm on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to American Cancer Foundation or Kentucky Humane Society.
