Ronald “Poppy-Bugo” Stephens, 74 of Louisville passed away Saturday at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was an Army Veteran and a member of Shively Masonic Lodge #951. He was a retired Carman for CSX Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his Sister, Patti McGuire. Ronald is survived by his Wife, Carole (Higgins) Stephens; Daughter, Sue Ziegler (George); Granddaughters, Hayley, Abby, Maggie, and Carley; and his First Cousin, Bobby Williamson.
His funeral service will be held 12 noon Friday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment to follow in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday from 1- 8 pm.
