Wilson, Robert Odell "Bobby", 86, formally of Bowling Green entered into eternal rest on September 24, 2014. Bobby retired from Louisville Motor Company as a master mechanic after 25 years. While there, he was recognized by Ford Motor Company with an award for best mechanic in the Nation and was a Christian by faith in Baptistism.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Barbara; son, Robert Paul; and daughter, Kathy Capps.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Theresa Arrington (Green Co., KY), Randall Wilson (Louisville), Tommy (Tammy) Wilson (Jacksonville, FL), and Tammy (Mark) Mann (Louisville); 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Joyce Potts (Madisonville, KY).
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1pm-8pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
