Robert F. Sullivan

Robert was born in Louisville, KY on January 25, 1936, to the late Edward and Ethel (Oeswein) Sullivan. He was also preceded in death by his brother John P. (Pat).

Robert was a graduate of St. Xavier H.S., Bellarmine College and the University of Louisville School of Law. He retired from State Farm Insurance Co. after 38 years. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves.

Robert is survived by his wife Sheila (Tate), children; Becki Shaughnessy (Ray), John Sullivan, and Tracy Daniel (Jason); grandchildren Erik Shaughnessy (Brooke), Evan Shaughnessy (Lara), Lucas, Lola and Vianne Daniel; 2 great grandchildren and soon to be one more; brothers Edward and George Sullivan and sister Nancy Leahy.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday November 21st at 10AM in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218. Visitation will begin Tuesday November 21st from 9:30 until service time.

Robert will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218.
