Bob was an avid sports fan especially the UK Wild Cats and a longtime resident of Germantown. He retired from Kinergy and was also catholic by faith and a Flaget Graduate.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Myrna Roth; parents Robert H Roth Sr. and Mattie Roth; son, Derrick Roth; and brother, Vernon Clark.
Bob leaves behind his son; Rick Roth (Janice); two grandchildren Trent Roth and Tyler Roth; sister, Carol Ann Schulz (Tom); and sister-in-law Dorothy Clark.
He also leaves; nieces, nephews and good friends, Robert adored his neighbors and his special friend, Fran Buchhart.
The family would like to thank the nurses of 3 east at Norton Audubon for all their hard work and kindness.
In Lieu of flowers that family asks that all donations be made to The American Kidney Foundation.
A visitation for Robert will be held on Monday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm at the Advantage funeral home (10907 Dixie Highway Louisville KY, 40272).
