Bob was a 1949 graduate of DuPont Manual High School. He was a Navy veteran, retired from NASA as an electrical engineer, and was an avid golfer and U of K fan.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, Bill Adams, Ray Adams, Kenny Adams and Mary Ann Strothman.
Bob is survived by his siblings, Tracy Adams, Dick Adams (Nancy) and Carl Adams (Elaine), he's also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held from 11AM - 2PM on Saturday June 1, 2024 with a 2PM memorial service to follow visitation at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd., Louisville KY 40222. An inurnment will take place at 10AM on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
