Rita Ann Nugent

Rita was a Christian publisher author, songwriter, and composer. She was a bold witness for the Lord. She told everyone about Jesus. She was a caring person and always reached out to others. She poured her heart out into everything that she did.

She is survived by her loving husband, David Nugent, daughter, Michele (Shelly)Blevins, son-in-law, James (Rocky) Blevins, Mother-in-law, Mary Nugent, brothers-in-law, Rick & Steve Nugent, brothers, Joe, Mike & Paul O'Connor and Granddaughter Victoria (Tori) Blevins.

A visitation for Rita will be held on May 24, 2023, from 11 AM -2 PM. The funeral service will be from 2- 3 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, Ky 40218.
