McIntosh, Rita M.,69, of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 4, 2014.
Preceded in death by her husband James McIntosh and parents Fred and Mildred Steinhauer.
Survivors include her sister Frieda Day (Roy).
Her funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
