When I think of Renee, I remember first her smile, then her kindness and gentleness. It was an honor to have worked with such a beautiful person. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My heart mourns for the family and friends grieving.  Renee is an amazing woman, and gave of herself so selflessly.  She will truly be missed!

Renee was a wonderful friend, always thoughtful, caring, and considerate.  She and I shared the love of our Labrador Retrievers and telling stories about them.  Just Wednesday we were in the PACU together and she started to tell me the tale of her Florida vacation.  She said, "Oh, I'll tell you more later.".  I am heartbroken at the thought that she will not be here to do so. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to her family and to all of her friends.

We talked Thursday of chicken salad {make by David],getting together to get educated followed by food, friends and alcohol, vacation with family and trivialities I cannot remember. What i will always remember is her smile, her care of others near and far, shared old stories and experiences and her love and appreciation of ALL those around her. She had a great laugh and we laughed alot. You leave memories in my heart i will carry forever. I know you are watching over us all. Friend.

Renee was such an amazing person!  She always had a smile on her face and was kind to everyone she met.  She will be missed by so many!  Her family will be in my prayers!

Davey and family, I am so sorry for your loss.  Many of us have fond, happy memories of Dave & Renee and the fall hayride/chili parties they use to have at Dave's parents house.  Rest in Peace Renee.

Renee was one of those people you just cuoldn't help but love and want to be around. I can't imagine the shock and sadness you are all experiencing now. I pray that you take some comfort in knowing she touched so many lives, both as a nurse, and as a friend. And that now, she will receive her true reward as a good a faithful servant.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Leathers family in this time of loss. Renee was a great friend and an amazing neighbor. The world lost an amazing person, and heaven received an even better angel.  We often want to be selfish and wish her back, but we need to follow Renee's example of selflessness. She was a great person and will be missed by many, but the Lord called her home with him.

When our son decided to come into this world two months early, I was never so happy to see Renee walking up the hallway in those early morning hours when our son and I came into the hospital right after he was born at home, I knew he would be in good hands, she gave me great comfort.
