Rebecca Sue Puckett, 42, of Louisville, passed away unexpectedly from this earth on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at her home. She was born on August 8, 1978 in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Left to cherish her memory are her grieving parents, Gilbert and Deborah Cantrell Puckett of Louisville, KY; grandmother, Flora Cantrell of West Van Lear, KY; grandfather, Lewallen Puckett of Louisville, KY; Uncle Terry (Teresa) Cantrell of Hager Hill, KY; Aunt Vivian (Pat) Galloway of Louisville, KY; Uncle Clark (Becky) Puckett of Louisville, KY; special cousin, Bradley Cantrell of Richmond, KY; and many other loving cousins.

Per her family’s wishes cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
