Raymond Edward Bray, 78, of Mt. Washington, passed away December 13, 2023. He was a former employee of Wood Mosaic, Jones Plastics, Walmart, and JCPS Transportation, as well as a member of Keys Ferry Baptist Church.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Boyd and Ollie Bray; and his brothers, Charles Bray and Lindsey Bray. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Norma Bray; daughters, Kathy Akridge(Rob) and Kimberly Jenkins; grandchildren, Rob Akridge(Brittany), Corey Akridge, Casey Jenkins, and Raymond Jenkins; and his great-grandchildren, Damien Jenkins, Liam Akridge, and Maisilyn Akridge.
Funeral service will be 10am Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 1pm-7pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
