Preston Eugene Fentresss, 85, died Friday, March 25, 2016 at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. He was born August 12, 1930 in Falls of the Rough, Kentucky to the late Ferd and Lydia Cannon Fentress. He is also preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Newman Fentress and his grandson Christopher Vinson. He was the owner of Fentress Camper Sales, was a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church, and a former member of Harvest Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Keltner (Jerry), Shannon Keen (Brian), and Lisa Vinson; son, Douglas Fentress; brother, Beryl Fentress; grandchildren, Tamara Kade (Scott) and James Vinson; 4 great grandchildren; and 1 great grandson. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday and after 11:00 am Tuesday at Arch L. Heady and Son Southern Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Louisville, Kentucky 40215. His funeral service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
