Phyllis Ann Proctor, 68 of Corydon IN, formerly of Evansville IN, passed away Thursday, November 3rd 2016. She was preceded in passing by her husbands: Rollin B. Proctor Sr. and Earl Winders; mother: Rhoda Price; sister: Karen Wilson. Survivors include her children: Earl Price (Heama), Danny Proctor (Tina), Rollin B Proctor Jr. (Masami), Eric Proctor Sr. (Shantel), Laura Weigleb (Mike), Glen Proctor (Charlotte), Rhonda, Threasa, and Pam. Grandchildren: Rollin, Samantha, Michaelm, Myels, Mayi, Alek, Anthony, Eric Jr, Kristian, Miranda, Kayla, and Courtney; 11 great-grandchildren Visitation will be held Sunday, November 6th, 2016, from 2-8pm at Arch L.
