Phillip was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Richardson.
He graduated from Trinity High School in 1963 and went on to the University of Kentucky for one year before enlisting in the United States Army. Phillip co-owned First Lady and Men’s Okolona Sporting Goods. Before his death he worked for UPS and Target for over 20 years.
