She was born December 4, 1928 in Nashville, TN the daughter of Omel Allen and Nancy Myatt Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Wesley Waterston; her companion, Joseph Lasley and her four-legged friend, “Odell”.
Pearl attended Northeast Christian Church and was formerly involved with Widows and Widowers of Louisville.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Jerry Waterston (Terry), Johnny Waterston (Rosa), Donna Wendell (Charlie), Nancy Johnson and Carol Bzura (David); 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Richard Allen.
A service to celebrate Pearl’s life will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 15, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Visitation will be from 1-3 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date in West Palm Beach, FL.
