Paul Douglas Shouse, 59, of Louisville passed away August 25, 2013. He was born on August 19, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Carl Newton Shouse Sr. and Alice Bloat Shouse. He was a self employed painter.
He is survived by two brothers and a sister.
Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday September 12, 2013 at 10:00 AM. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with private burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
