Patricia Petty

Patricia (Esterle) Petty, age 84 passed on September 12, 2023. Ms. Petty was born on August 31, 1939 in Louisville to the late Loretta (Lorenz) and Louis Durward Esterle. Among those that precede her in death along with her parents are; her sister, Clara Lanham (Bill); brothers, Leo (Betty) and Durward “Skip” (Helen) Esterle; nephew, Bradley Lanham; her sister in law, Laverne Tingle; niece, Jeannie Flaherty; and her dear and special friend, Charlie Moore.

Patricia was a faithful member of Becker Drive Missionary Baptist Church and also a member of the Red Hat Society. She was retired from US Bank.

She is survived by her nephews, Curtis and Douglas Lanham, Brian, Devin and Darren Esterle; nieces, Tricia Lanham, Deanna Jackson, Sandy Constant, Linda Bosch, Peggy Schenck, Andrea Boughey and Donita Beaufait; caretaker and special niece, Cindy Lanham and her dear friends, Debbie and Rob Baker; along with numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 2 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, Kentucky 40218. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
