P. Jerry Cusick, 48, of Louisville, passed away at his home on the morning of August 28, 2011. He was a meat cutter for Save-A-Lot Foods and a Catholic by faith. Jerry loved cars and rock-n-roll.
He will fondly be remembered by his loving family, parents, Edna and Charles Wells; children, Wesley and Samantha Cusick; sisters, Suzy Paul and Kathy Lewis; brothers, Bill (Lori) and John (Diane) Cusick; special friend, Kathy Yates; step-brother, Christopher Wells and step-sister, Valerie Butterworth; adopted grandchildren, Rhiannon and Kenneth and their parents, Toni and Kenny Marine; along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Celebration of Jerry's life will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 6 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 1-6 p.m. and after services at the funeral home.
