Norma Jean Northington 87, went home to her Heavenly Father on February 1, 2022. She retired from the Chicago Police Department and then moved to Louisville and started working for Sears where she retired. Norma was a faithful member of Trinity World Outreach Center. She devoted her life to her church where she served as a trustee and was involved in Bible studies. She loved to bake and share her goodies with her friends and family.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents J.V. Northington and Nancy Mosby and siblings Mary Anne Jones, Nancy Mosby and Jerome Burbridge. She leaves behind to cherish her memory many loving nieces and nephews and her dear church family.
A service to honor the life of Norma will be held at Trinity World Outreach Center/ Motor City Church 10307 Seatonville Road Louisville, KY 40291 on Tuesday, February, 15th at 12pm and burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. The family will receive guests at the church starting at 10am.
