Norene Marie Powell, age 74 entered into rest on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
She retired as intake for Federal Court and was a member of the Believers Church.
Mrs. Powell was preceded in rest by her parents, Revs. Delmar and Naomi Patterson; and brothers, Donnie and David Patterson and Michael Hicks.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Russell Powell; a son, Doug Powell (Amy); a daughter, Lisa Goodwin (Richard); five grandchildren, Lily, Scarlett, Olivia, Avery and Austin; and a brother, Larry Patterson (Dawn).
Her funeral will be on Wednesday at 10am at the Believers Church, 7905 Smyrna Rd. with interment following in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - Central, in Radcliff. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home.
