Mike was a great friend and business associate going back well over 30 years. He had always loved life and accomplishments no matter how big or small.

Mike's positive attitude even in difficult times was just a really uplifting and admirable trait.

I'm still in shock. 

Even though I have not spoken to my cousins for a very long time, but they were still in my thoughts, and I would reminisce back to the times visited I my Aunt Joanne and Uncle Mickey's home, and seeing my cousins. Unfortunately, my family lived so far away, so I could not see them often.     

He was so similar to his dad in both his personality and his looks. He and his dad always made me laugh.
If it's any comfort, he is now reunited in Heaven with mom and dad, and all his loved ones who passed on in life.  

Furthermore, I hope his brothers, his wife, and his friends eventually find peace and comfort in his passing.  

Unfortunately, I have learned that life  is too short not to stay in touch with your relatives.

Mike was always the "life" of the party the few times I was fortunate enough to be with Vicki and he on special occasions with the hospital. He always had everyone engaged in conversation of one sort or another. I'm sure all his friends and employees will greatly miss his wit. 

His passing is way too early in life and we (Baptist Employees) hold Vicki very close to our hearts. She has been my constant for the last 28 years. 

All his family, extended family and friends are in our prayers.

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I enjoyed the times I spent with him and his brothers growing up. He will be missed.

I am saddened o learn of Mike's passing. I have great memories of our times playing sandlot football and basketball with all the Lyons brothers as kids on Green Manor Dr.  We always found ways to entertain ourselves and hopefully we didn't cause to much mischief. My condolences to his family at this sad time.

So sorry for your loss. We had a good time as kids growing up on Green Manor. It doesn't seem that long ago. My prayers are with you and your family.

We are saddened by the passing of Mike Lyons, a great industry associate, inventor, leader and friend. I first met Mike when I was at Toshiba shortly after his founding of Simpak International.  I had the opportunity to make some introductions on his behalf after retirement and I enjoyed spending time with him at a variety of conferences and conventions. Mike was a born salesman and ALWAYS had a huge smile on his face and a warm greeting for anyone he met.  He was such a pleasure to be around! ith His pleasant disposition, kind smile and heartfelt conversations were legendary.  Our thoughts and Prayers are with his wife Vicky (who he always bragged about) and his family, friends and associates.  May he Rest In Peace for a life well lived and for the joy he brought to so many peoples lives he touched.  Our deepest sympathy.

Mike, our 48 years of friendship has come to an end, but the Good Times, Laughter, Stories and Memories will last forever. You have touched many people over the years. You never met a stranger. You put the G in Good Times, the L in Laughter. You grabbed life by the horns and lived it to the fullest. ( sometimes beyond ) You adored your wife Vicki and cherished your friends like no other. I know you would not want us to mourn your death but celebrate your life, and in time we will do that. These are sad days for me.     It is with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes that I say goodbye to my closest friend. Rest In Peace. Till we meet again.
