Mr. Crawford was Male High Graduate Class of 1962 and a member of the Army Reserves. He was a retired Kroger Warehouseman after 38 yrs. Local Teamster 89.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Dorothy Crawford; a sister, Eleanor Hopkins; two brothers, Thomas & Donald Crawford.
Mr. Crawford is survived by a son, Michael Scott Crawford (Angie); four grandchildren, Kyle (Samantha), Matthew, Amburlynne, Trenten; and two great-grandchildren: Hunter & Levi; nieces: Terry Shaw, Sandy Tomes (Luke), and Lisa Hopkins; and sister-in-law, Helen Crawford. He is also survived by Laura Crawford, James Hooper, and Jasmine Hooper.
His funeral will be on Sunday, July 30th, at 4pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, a private entombment will follow. Visitation will be on Friday, July 28, and Saturday, July 29, from 2pm until 8pm and Sunday from 1pm until the time of service.
