Melvin L. Wolfe, 53, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017 with his family by his side. He was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church and worked at Jefferson Mall as a Maintenance Supervisor. Melvin loved life and had a heart of gold, he never met a stranger. He was a corn hole champion and a dancing machine. His mother-in-law Louise Wathen precedes him in death. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 22 years Annie Wolfe; daughter, Shelby Wolfe; mother and father, Juanita and Marcy Forsting; brothers, Doug Wolfe(Vickie), Donald Wolfe, Billy Wolfe(Debbie) and Stevie Forsting; step-brother, Gerald Wolfe(Donetta); father-in-law, Bill Wathen, and a host of many other family members and friends. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10am at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40219 with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
