I am so broken hearted for you (Todd, Chris, and Michael); Bless Ronnie's heart, he had such a zest for life and certainly his "very own personality!"  So many hats he wore; such the worker, as though there was no tomorrow...always into something, building something, adding on to something- if that wasn't enough, he would create something!! Another project!  How he juggled a concrete business and always farming is beyond me!  From the early years of strawberries and hogs (which I remember well, from picking - to birthing pigletts to ugh, slaughtering). There was always livestock, cattle and his favorite, thoroughbreds!  His dreams, he stayed so focussed on what he wanted.. The better meant for his sons, his grandchildren for which he would talk about with endearing love and pride...and You Patsy, the unmistakeable love of his life...always there for him...beside him...With him to the end.  It saddens me to imagine how you will miss him and I am so very sorry for your loss; he has certainly left life as we know it with some very heavy hearts. I loved Ronnie. He was like a father to me - he always called me "Marie"...You and Ronnie are some of my fondest memories...my heart and prayers go out for you all.

I was sad to hear of Ronnie's passing.  However, I know he is better spirits now that he is no longer dealing with his illness.  

I have many fond memories of times spent with Ronnie and the Hart family in general.  Some of those memories will never leave me.  Watched the N.C. State last second NCAA championship victory in the Hart family room.  Many days spent on the farm or in the woods.  Great times.

Patsy, Todd, Chris, and Michael I am so sorry to hear about the lose of Ronnie.  He will be sincerely missed for his generous words, great advice, adventurous stories, warm kin heart, positive energy, and friendly smile.  He was such an amazing person that I will always hold dear to my heart.  I will continue to pray for you all and your family. I don't have the words to say what your family has meant to us over the years.  We have been the best of friends for almost 60 years.
