Melissa Lynn Jones 40, of Louisville, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014. She was born March 8, 1973 to Ira Glenn Jones and Nancy Lee Spies Jones. She was a graduate of Ballard High, and attended Bellarmine University. She had assisted her late father with Jones Bargain Center. She was a leasing manager for Mid- America. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ira, and her grandparents, Lillie and Bob Rambo.
She is survived by her mother, Nancy Jones, her brother, Ronald Glenn Jones (Shelba), and her niece, Alexandria Lee Jones, and her dear Lee White.
A service to celebrate Melissa's life, will be held at 2 pm Saturday at Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave., with burial at Cave Hill. Visitation will be from 10 to 2 pm Saturday.
