Melanie Susan "Susie" Guenthner Rains, 44, of Louisville passed away at her residence on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.
Melanie is preceded in death by her father, John Jerome Guenthner, Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband, Glenn A. Rains; daughters, Abby and McKenzie Rains; mother, Dorothy Heil Guenthner (Gary Swiggum); brother, John Jerome Guenthner, III; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial service will be 2pm on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Evergreen Funeral Home.
Memorial visitation will be one hour prior to service on Wednesday.
