Mazola Howard, 89, of Louisville, passed away February 26, 2012.
Mrs. Howard was a former secretary for Jewish Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John O. Howard and her son, Larry Houk.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Barbara Mitchum (Jim) and Mary Morris (Greg); grandchildren, Steven, Donna, Vicki, David, Cristina and David and nine great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service.
Memorial donations in Mrs. Howard's name may be directed to Kosair Charities.
