Matilda Eugenia Lynn

She was born January 18, 1917 in Louisville to Joseph and Rosella Wenz Halbleib, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her husband of 65 years, Edward A. Lynn; two brothers, Joseph Halbleib and Eugene Halbleib; and a sister, Rosell Hensel.

Matilda was a seamstress and a dedicated homemaker for her family.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters JoAnn Feller (Joe) and Bonnie O'Rourke (Terry); sister, Dolores Olson; grandchildren, Mary Lynn Speaker (Jim), David Feller (Janet), Steven Feller (Suzanne), Kathleen O'Rourke, Danny O'Rourke (Patty), and Patrick O'Rourke; also by eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1920 Newburg Road, on Thursday at 10 a.m. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home at 4400 Bardstown Road. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.

The family requests that memorial gifts can be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1920 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40205
