Paulette entered into life on Wednesday, December 19, 1951 in Lebanon, Kentucky, the 4th of 11 children born to parents, Louis Daugherty & Lena Spaulding. She attended and graduated from Fern Creek High School, Class of 1969. She worked for Vulcan for many years and that is where she met her husband. They were married in 1992. She loved life and loved her very large family. She had a kind and generous soul. She was the best bargain shopper on the planet. She was always in style and beautiful inside and out. God gives big souls, big lives and that He gave her in abundance!
Besides her parents, Louis & Lena Daugherty; her sisters, Janet Eisenback & Fran Downs, precede Paulette in her passing.
Left to cherish her unforgettable memory is her husband, Philip Barnum Tucker; son, Jeffrey (Becky) Johnson; step – son, Philip Lee (Kristi) Tucker; step – daughter, Kimberly Allen; 7 – grandchildren, Bryan Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Mary Catherine Johnson, Philip Nicolas (Michaela) Tucker, Benjamin Lee Tucker, Michael Allen & Keith Allen; great – granddaughter, Bonnie Allen; siblings, Terry (Patsy) Daugherty, Phyllis Blandford, Donna (Tom) Brabandt, Blaine (Mary) Daugherty, Pam (Dave) Murrer, Tracy (Sharon) Daugherty, Patty (Danny) Cambron & Christy (Eric) Hall; plus, many nieces, nephews, neighbors & friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Paulette will be laid to rest in the Garden of Eternal Love of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 7th, 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and then again on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Hour of 12:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
