Mary E. Sumner, 86 left this world on May 21, 2021 to join her husband, Frank and sister, Mary Ann Warren and brother, Don Sturgeon. She was an avid Cardinal Fan. She served as President of the Central Cardinal Club and Secretary- Treasurer of Sturgeon Pest Control.
She is survived by her son Gary and daughter-in-law, Debbie, grandchildren: Eric, Tara, Matt, Rhonda and Tasha, great grandchildren: Lilly, Phoebe, Austin, Kobe, Kristen, Brandon and Hayleigh, great great grandchildren: Oliver, Elaina and Ethan, brothers: Bill (Emilee), Jerry (Pat), Tony (Kathy) and Jim Sturgeon, sister: Sandy (Ron) Obannon.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 3-7 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Rd Louisville, Kentucky 40218). Funeral service will be Friday, May 28, 2021 at 12 PM at the funeral home.
