She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Floyd Douglas Mattingly and nine of her siblings.
Mary is survived by her sons, Garry D. Mattingly, Rick (Debbie) Mattingly, and John B. Mattingly; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; siblings, Kenneth Yates and Betty Royalty.
Family and friends are welcome to visit from 11 am until the time of service, at the funeral home.
A celebration of Mary’s life will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, followed by interment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Memorials in Mary’s honor may be made to American Cancer Society.
