Mary G. Hazelwood, 79, passed away Saturday, August 31st, 2019. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mary was a long time member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Preceding Mary in death is her sister, Martha Richardson.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 50 years, Edward L. Hazelwood; children, Karen (Tanya) Hazelwood, Diane (Jeffrey) Drosity, Michael L. Hazelwood, Brian Hazelwood; grandchildren, Brooklynn Drosity, Nobilee Drosity, Caitlin Hazelwood; and brother, Jim (Donna) Richardson.

The Funeral Service will be Friday, September 6, 2019 at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation Thursday from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
