Mary Jo Story Goben, 84, passed away October 13, 2010 . She was retired from Ford (KTP) with 27 years of Service in the cost accounting office, a member of Eastern Parkway Baptist Church and a 20 year volunteer for Klondike Manor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar “Eddie” Goben and her parents, James B. and Zuda D. Rather Story.
She is survived by her son, Gary Goben of Exton, Pa and her brother, Robert Story of Jacksonville, Fl and close family members David Goben, Pam Jaynes and Ruth Davis.
A celebration of her life will be conducted Saturday October 16, 2010 at 10:00 am Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 on Friday October 15, 2010 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
