She was a retired after 28 years as a cafeteria worker for Stuart High School and was a member of the old Valley Christian Church.
Mrs. Fisher was preceded in rest by her husband, John H. Fisher, two children, John C. Fisher and Mary Beth Fisher Logsdon; and six siblings, Fred B. Grider, Jr., Sarah Weir, Paul Thomas Grider, Edward B. Grider, Uley H. Grider and Jess A. Grider.
She is survived by two brothers, John Grider (Sharon) and Robert "Bob" Grider (Carolyn).
Her funeral will be on Friday, October 28th, at 11am at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3pm until 7pm on Thursday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
