Mary was born on July 6, 1931 to the late Clarence and Violet Lacey.
She attended and graduated from University of the Pacific in Stockon, California.
Mary is survived by her husband, Floyd Congleton; children, Bryant Congleton (Marie), Jill Nash (Rick), and Nancy Schook; 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Sheehan (Charlie) and Doris Nau.
There will be a Memorial Mass at a later date at Mary Queen of Peace in Shively.
Cremation was chosen.
