Martha "Jeri" Stevens, 80 of Louisville, passed away Friday, July 22nd 2016.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Lewis Stevens Jr.; her daughter: Kim Cardwell; her son: Lewis "Skip" Stevens III (Michelle); her grandchildren: Cassidy, Sydney, Brady and Allie.
Funeral services for Jeri will be held Monday, July 25th at 10am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 8519 Preston Hwy. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, July 24th from 1-8pm.
