She was born November 4, 1947 in Louisville, KY and had worked for American Printing House for the Blind.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emmitt Anthony Pryor Sr.; son, Emmitt Anthony Pryor Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Charles Pryor and Melissa Thompson; five grandchildren, Justin, Samantha, Zeke, Hunter and Olivia; her baby brother, Jimmy Hall; 2 brothers, Jeff and Jerry Hall; a sister, Elizabeth Jones; a sister-in-law, Wilma Druin; a nephew, Jeff Hall Jr.; and lifelong friend Sheila Lambert
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. Interment will follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 AM until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
