She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Jean was also a retired assistant teacher for the Jefferson County Public School System.
She is preceded in death by her husband William H. Donahue Sr., their daughter: Julie Partee and parents: F.K and Rosie Beaven.
Jean is survived by her children: Billy (Nancy), Greg (Terry), Laura Wells, Theresa (Larry Overton), Fran (Jeff Wolford), John (Jackie), Patrick (Cherie) and Chuck Donahue. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Jane Cornett, Angie Ethridge and the staff at Jefferson Manor for their attentive care.

A visitation to celebrate Jean’s life will be held on 3-8 pm on Thursday September 17, 2015 with a prayer service to be held at 7pm during visitation.
