Mark Eric Brown, 61, of South Louisville, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022. He was born on October 28, 1960 in Louisville to the late Garvin and Loretta (Harris) Brown. Mark was in construction equipment rentals, attended South Louisville Christian Church, and was a big U of L fan. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Steve and Tubby Brown. Left to cherish his memories are his wife the former Vickie Hardin; a daughter Eriica Jacobs; a son, Zachary Greene; a step daughter, Samantha Decker; step son, Kevin Jones; a sister, Laura Watkins; a brother, Jeff Brown; and a grandson, Devon Decker. Funeral service to celebrate Mark’s life will be held at 5 pm Saturday February 19, 2022 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 3 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
