Marilyn Marie Steimer

Marilyn Marie Steimer, age 91, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. She retired after 40 years of service from GE. Marilyn enjoyed being with her family, a good ballgame, and lively debates. She was always dressed well and loved reminiscing about her days at Lawrence Park High School in Erie, PA.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Marie Steimer; her sisters, Shirley Betts and Jean Bach; and great nephew, Nathan Bach.

Left to cherish her memory are her nieces and nephew, Laurie Griffin (Ronnie - Dec.), Sam Bach (Melissa), Kathy Betts; great nephews, Jacob Griffin, John Bach, Derek Betts; great niece, Clara Bach; and many loving friends and neighbors.

Visitation for Marilyn will be held Monday, January 16, 2023 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40219. Her Funeral Mass will occur Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40219. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
