Marie Ferguson

Marie Ferguson, 92, of Louisville passed away on Sunday February 20, 2022. She was born on February 13, 1930 to the late Guy and Sudie (Strange) Tinsley. She was an excellent homemaker and a Christian by faith. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Justin “Moe” Ferguson, a son Rodney Ferguson; and brothers, Owen and Phillip Tinsley. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Karen Dohn; a son, Daryl Ferguson (Becky); brothers, Brion and Paul Tinsley; and a sister, Patsy Hastings; 3 grandchildren, Heather Maskey (Matt), Justin Hardison (Katrina “Pinky”), and Chance “Doogie” Sarter; 6 great grandchildren, Kianna Weeks (Jake), Kyle Hardison, Jessica Kiper, Matthew Maskey, Michael Maskey and Rexton Hardison; and 3 great great grandchildren, Laken Jewell, Reider Weeks, and Braelin Mahassey. Funeral Services for Mrs. Ferguson will be held at 11 am on Saturday February 26, 2022 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with entombment to follow in Evergreen Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 pm.
